Campaigns
Who else can see my Campaigns?
Your Account Management team and anyone who has access to a particular client can view and edit the Campaign within 84.51° Prism.
To request access for others in your organization, contact your Account Executive.
What should I enter for the Campaign Name?
You should enter a Campaign Name that make sense for your project. 84.51° recommends following this naming convention to help you identify your Campaign:
-
Start with XCM / CXCM for a Cross-Channel Campaign.
-
Then, add the Channel plus the Salesforce ID (if you have it).
-
End with the Manufacturer, Brand, date, and a unique Identifier / initiative.
For example, XCM_Display Ad_SFPRJ123_Kroger_SimpleTruth_MMYY_Awareness
The 84.51° team will standardize the name to meet any guidelines before the Campaign is approved. After approval, you can view the new Campaign Name in 84.51° Prism.
What factors impact the project schedule?
The schedule is generated based on the type of Campaign you're submitting and your desired Start Date. The tentative schedule shown when submitting a Campaign is an estimate to help you get a sense of important milestones and due dates.
The 84.51° team may change them as necessary to allow for any holidays or other factors. Final dates are updated when the Campaign is approved and finalized.
What happens when I click Save?
Any time you click Save, all the information entered for your Campaign is saved as a Draft.
You and anyone with access to the Campaign can come back and make changes at any time before submission.
What happens when I click Submit for Approval?
After you click Submit for Approval, your Campaign is submitted to your Account Executive for review.
Upon approval, notifications of approval are sent to the email addresses listed under Primary Client Contact and Submitting Representative.
Your Partnership and Campaign Managers will also receive a notification.
Additionally, your Campaign status is updated to Finalized, and you can review the final details in 84.51° Prism.
If applicable, you can start building your creatives in CAAM or the Kroger Ad Platform.
What changes can I make to my Campaign after submitting?
Once you've submitted a Campaign, you can still make changes to the:
-
Start and End Dates (as long as neither have passed).
-
Overall Campaign budget.
What if I need to make changes to the Campaign after it is approved?
If you need to make changes after the Project Brief is signed, your Account Executive will update the Campaign in 84.51° Prism.
The Account Executive will then generate a new Project Brief to be signed and returned.
Where do I sign my Project Brief when the Campaign is approved?
When your Campaign is approved, you'll receive an email confirmation with a DocuSign link. You will electronically sign and return the Project Brief via DocuSign.
Performance
What do I do if I get the message, "Failed to load report data"?
If you see this message, refresh your browser to restore your connection to the reporting tool.
If you are still having issues, contact Technical Support.
What is the attribution model and window?
84.51° Prism measurement utilizes a "last touch" or "last exposure to the ad" attribution model and a 14-day lookback attribution window.
The two (2) week lookback is attributed to Attributable Return on Ad Spend (aROAS Attributable Return on Ad Spend: The total sales of the test group relative to the Total Campaign Cost as determined by the total sales for the products being measured.), which means that a product purchase is linked to digital ad exposure.
Will I receive email communication about my Campaign performance?
Yes! The Primary Client Contact, Secondary Contact, and Primary Account Executive receive a weekly summary of Campaign performance via email on Thursdays around 9:00 AM (ET).
This email contains links to all subscribed Campaigns and includes PowerPoint attachments of each Campaign's performance summary.
For many Campaigns, you can also view report metrics in real time for daily updates.
