Incentives Campaigns (including Custom Incentives and Best Customer Communications (BCC) Loyalty Events) focus on rewarding Kroger's most loyal customers with personalized offers to drive visits, units, and sales back to you and Kroger. Every customer receives a unique combination of offers, targeted at the household level.

Campaign creation

Incentives Campaigns (also known as Loyalty Events and Custom Incentives) are created and curated by Kroger. These opportunities contain multiple nominations and coupons from many different companies.

You can use these nominations and coupons to engage Kroger customers via hyper-personalized BCC Events that are uniquely targeted to reach a varied mix of current brand buyers Of the households being recommended for the campaign, the amount of money households are spending on the promoted brand, compared to an average brand household buyer and relevant acquisition households.

Campaign performance

Campaign optimization is the continuous process of refining and improving campaigns to achieve the best possible results.

Optimized campaigns can:

  • Improve conversion rates.

  • Enhance audience engagement.

  • Increase ROI.

  • Drive marketing initiatives.

Reports in 84.51° Prism provide data so you can check your Campaign's health. This "health check" on your performance can help you make data-driven decisions thus optimizing your investment for maximum impact. Using Reports, you can measure your campaign's reach and engagement, assessing specific metrics to gauge shopper interaction and engagement.

Campaign plans

Each year (often in the Fall), you and your plan your Incentives Campaign participation based on Kroger's ask for that year.

These dates can change from year to year. Your will inform you of the dates each year.

Your Yearly Plan displays your planned circulation The number of households where the coupon is sent. to Kroger's ask for the Total Year as well as specific breakdowns for Loyalty Events (like Loyal Customer Mailer and MyMagazine) and Custom Incentives (like Boost Exclusive Offers and Targeted Digital Coupons).
