Incentives focus on rewarding Kroger's most loyal customers with personalized offers to drive visits, units, and sales back to you and Kroger. Every customer receives a unique combination of offers, targeted at the household level.
Loyalty is the foundation of growth. Loyal households are the engine that drive your Brand forward as they consistently spend more, more frequently than non-loyal households.
In 84.51° Prism, you can create offers for Custom Incentives and Best Customer Communications (BCC) Loyalty Events like:

Types
Custom Incentives and Best Customer Communications (BCC) Loyalty Events are created and curated by Kroger. These opportunities contain multiple nominations and coupons from many different companies.
You can submit nominations and coupons throughout the year for these Incentives Campaigns.
Loyalty Events
BCC tactics like Loyalty Events target households that have previously interacted with your product (like Loyal Households or Switchers) or those purchasing within the same category as your product (like Category Buyers).

Custom Incentives
You can use Custom Incentives tactics to customize audiences, reward and retain loyal shoppers and selected Boost households, drive consideration, conversion, and Brand awareness.

Nominations
Nominations are coupons you can create to be included within a Incentives Campaign. You create these in conjunction with your Incentives Account Manager.
When creating a nomination, you'll set the Circulation The number of households where the coupon is sent. for the nomination as well as include any coupons for the event.
These nominations and coupons are then sent to customers.
Nomination dashboard
Your Nomination dashboard is a visual snapshot of your Incentives Campaign data and information in 84.51° Prism.
Each tab of the dashboard has a specific function or feature:

Nomination Details — Shows an overall summary of your nomination. You'll also enter and/or update your nomination details in this tab.
