You can pair Kroger audiences with your supply of choice and apply preferred quality controls. Direct Connect allows you to optimize in real-time and measure both online and in-store sales.

PLAs and TOAs moved to Kroger Ad Platform

As of 9/29/2023, you can no longer submit PLAs (Product Listing Ads) or TOAs (Targeted On-site Ads) through Prism. Beginning 10/9/2023, TOAs and PLAs will be executed in our new Kroger Ad Platform. Please reach out to your 84.51° Account Manager for support.

Audience Library

You can build an audience using Audience Library. Audience Library can be used in both Private Marketplace (PMP) and Managed Service campaigns (for internal users).

Boost Exclusive Offers

You can select Boost Exclusive Offers in BCC nominations to reach and retain a uniquely loyal group of Kroger Customers (Boost Members) with especially valuable coupons.

Managed Service campaign measurement state

You can see the measurement state of your campaign on the Campaign Details tab of the Campaign Dashboard for single-channel campaigns with an elapsed start date.

Expanded Managed Service campaign audience options

You have three options when building audiences in specific Managed Service campaign channels.

  • Prism Custom Audience is a manually-built audience with the help of your 84.51° Account Manager.

  • Prism Automated Audience is automatically created by 84.51° Prism based on entered information.

  • Standard Manual Audience allows you to enter segment criteria in 84.51° Prism for your 84.51° Account Manager to build.
