Modify nominations

From the Nominations dashboard, you can modify (delete, edit, and withdraw) your Incentives and Best Customer Communications (BCC) nominations.

Edit a nomination

  1. From the Nominations Dashboard, find and select the nomination you want to edit.

  2. On the Nominations Details page, click Edit.

  3. Update your nomination (for example, you can add your PO number).

  4. Click Save.

You can also add UPCs Universal Product Codes and coupons to your nomination before the event closes. To learn how, see Use the Coupon Library.

However, you cannot change:

Delete a nomination

While you're still drafting your nomination, you can delete it.

  1. From the Nominations Dashboard, find and select the nomination you want to delete.

    Your nomination must be in Draft status to be deleted.

  2. On the Nominations Details page, click Delete Nomination.

  3. Click Yes, Delete It.

Withdraw a nomination

You can request your nomination be withdrawn from an event until the event closes for nominations.

You can't withdraw your nomination after the nomination deadline closes.

  1. From the Nominations Dashboard, find and select the nomination you want to withdraw.

  2. On the Nominations Details page, click More Actions.

  3. Click Withdraw Nomination.

  4. Select a Reason for Withdrawal from the dropdown.

  5. Click Confirm Withdrawal.

    The Client Contact receives an email when the withdrawal is complete.
