Modify nominations

From the Nominations dashboard, you can modify (delete, edit, and withdraw) your Incentives and Best Customer Communications (BCC) nominations.

Edit a nomination

  1. Find and select the nomination you want to edit.

  2. On the Nominations Details page, click Edit.

  3. Update your Nomination Details as desired.

  4. Click Save.

You can also add UPCs Universal Product Codes and coupons to your nomination before the event closes.

However, you cannot change:

Contact Client Success Activation for help with making changes after approval.

Delete a nomination

While you're still drafting your nomination, you can delete it.

  1. Find and select the nomination you want to delete.

    Your nomination must be in Draft status to be deleted.

  2. On the Nominations Details page, click Delete Nomination.

  3. Click Yes, Delete It.

Withdraw a nomination

You can request your nomination be withdrawn from an event until the event closes for nominations.

You can't withdraw your nomination after the nomination deadline closes.

  1. Find and select the nomination you want to withdraw.

  2. On the Nominations Details page, click More Actions.

  3. Click Withdraw Nomination.

  4. Select a Reason for Withdrawal from the dropdown.

  5. Click Confirm Withdrawal.

    The Client Contact receives an email when the withdrawal is complete.

Contact Client Success Activation with any concerns or questions about withdrawing your nomination.

Update contacts across nominations

You can update a contact once and apply the change across multiple nominations.

  1. Find and select any of your nominations.

  2. Click Contacts.

  3. Find the contact you want to update.

  4. Click the ellipsis () on the contact card you want to update.

  5. Click Edit Contact.

  6. Click the edit icon ().

  7. Update the required contact information.

  8. Click Save.

  9. Click the toggle to enable Update all active nominations for this role.
