From the KPM Campaigns dashboard, you can modify (duplicate and delete) your Managed Service Campaigns.
Duplicate a Campaign

From KPM Campaigns, find and select the Campaign you want to duplicate.
Duplicate Campaign is only available for some Managed Service Campaigns.
84.51° Prism doesn't support duplicating Campaigns using specific Audience types.

On the Campaign dashboard, click More Actions.

Select Duplicate Campaign.

Enter a New Campaign Name.

Select channels to be duplicated.

Click Duplicate Campaign.
Your new Campaign appears on the KPM Campaigns dashboard. This Campaign has all information from the original Campaign expect for:

Start Date for inventory-based channels Email Module, Push Notification, Single Subject Email, and Premium Placement..

End Date for inventory-based channels Email Module, Push Notification, Single Subject Email, and Premium Placement..
-
Purchase Order (PO) Number.

Additional Billing Details.
-
Sub-Commodities for Targeting.
-
Manually-entered Client Contacts.
You'll want to update these fields with your new Campaign information.

Delete a Campaign

From the KPM Campaigns dashboard, find and select the Campaign you want to delete.

On the Campaign dashboard, click More Actions.

Select Delete Campaign.

Click Delete Campaign.
Contact your Account Manager with any concerns or questions about deleting your Campaign.
