Managed Service campaign performance
You can view campaign performance for your Managed Service campaigns. Data is available for all Managed Service campaigns and can be broken down by audience type, Product Group, and more.

Updated Prism Intelligent Audiences process
For Managed Service campaign channels that support Prism Intelligent Audiences, you begin the process by clicking the Request Audience button.
Add UPCs via Product Groups
You can add UPCs Universal Product Codes to campaigns and coupons from saved Product Groups. You can also create new product groups from the Add UPC screen.

The 84.51° Prism Learning Center features Managed Service campaigns content. This section includes content on how to create a campaign, set campaign contacts, and more.
BCC Performance reports
You can view nomination performance for your BCC nominations. Data is available for individual events as well as cumulative performance data for your events over time.

Metrics for New, Lapsed, and Existing Households available in the PMP campaign performance dashboard.

Duplicate Managed Service campaigns
You can duplicate a Managed Service campaign. All information is copied over into your new campaign with some exceptions. Campaigns using Prism Intelligent Audiences, Custom Intelligence Audiences, Targeted On-Site Ads, and Private Marketplace campaigns cannot be duplicated.

Targeting update
When you use the Custom Audience Segment builder when targeting an 84.51° Prism campaign, you will see predefined segments organized into categories. For example, you'll see Customer Dimensions in the Choose a segmentation group dropdown, and then you can select the specific dimension you're interested in targeting from the list that populates.
Additional coupon options
After adding a coupon to a Managed Service campaign, you will see additional options to help you target your coupon and determine what kind of transactions are available for shoppers to use your coupon.
New page in Private Marketplace measurement reporting
You can use the UPC Contribution page in Private Marketplace reports to understand which UPCs are contributing the most sales to your campaign.

Check for missing UPCs feature available
In the Add UPCs widget, when selecting UPCs through either the Manual Entry or UPC Description Search options, you can now easily check for missing UPCs and add them to your campaign. These are UPCs in the same RBP group(s) Rules Based Pricing Group; A group of products commonly promoted together at the same price point as the UPC(s) you have already entered.
Global create button and page now available
You can create all campaigns and nominations from the 84.51° Prism dashboard.
On the 84.51° Prism dashboard, click Create, then select the type of campaign or nomination you want to create.

Best Customer Communication nomination auto approval
Your BCC nomination can be automatically approved if it meets specific criteria. You can also still submit your nomination for manual review.
Private Marketplace audience failure guidance
The new Audience failure troubleshooting section of the Learning Center provides guidance if your Private Marketplace audience recommendation fails. This content includes explanations of why an audience might fail, solutions to common audience problems, and suggestions.
Connected TV (CTV) channel available in Private Marketplace campaigns
Within Private Marketplace campaigns, you can set up video ads to reach customers who are streaming content on a Smart TV, streaming device, gaming console, etc.
Updated campaign selection view in PMP Reports
Within the Private Marketplace Report Center, you will see a list of available campaigns based on your 84.51° Prism account. This list includes campaign metadata such as the channel used, start and end data, and budget info.

Private Marketplace campaigns

Online Video Ad available for Private Marketplace campaigns.

You can set up pre-roll ads across the web to play for identified Kroger households.

Videos can be 15, 30, 60, or 90 seconds long, and can be co-branded with the Kroger logo.

New divisions available for Kroger Precision Marketing campaigns
Jay-C, Roundy's (Mariano's), Roundy's (Pick n Save, Metro Market), Food4Less (Chicago), and Food4Less are available to select when creating Kroger Precision Marketing campaigns. This will increase your possible campaign reach by nearly four million households and is also included in division penetration for any coupons you create for your campaigns.
Private Marketplace campaign reporting
You can now view real-time data on how your Private Marketplace campaign is performing using the new Reports tab in the top navigation. To view data, click View Report on the PMP Campaign Performance tile and use the right hand filter to find your campaign.

Total eCommerce Shoppers replaces Clicklist Segmentation. Total eCommerce Shoppers are those who utilize the Pickup and/or Delivery modalities.
Coupon stepper

The new coupon stepper shows where you are in the coupon creation process. When you complete a section, you can click the title in the stepper to go back and make edits, as needed, before submission.

A video for Private Marketplace campaigns is available in the Learning Center. This video gives a high-level overview of the campaign creation process from start to finish.

KPM Campaigns

Several intake fields were removed from the KPM Private Marketplace campaign intake page. DSP A system that allows buyers of digital advertising inventory to manage multiple ad exchange and data exchange accounts through one interface Settings/Targeting, Geo-Targeting, and Viewability fields are no longer required when entering a Private Marketplace campaign.
